Alex from Clean Air Pros came out and gave me a great assessment of the condition of my HVAC system and dryer vent. As I had a deep clean performed two years ago, he indicated another one was not necessary at this time, but showed me a couple of places where cleaning of the air handlers was needed. He also was able to access my dryer vent and clean it out to keep the house in good shape. I will be using Alex and CAP again for the next time I need a cleaning!

Before and after photos are incredible. I also had coil-side UV lights installed.

Initially, Alex inspected the ducts in our house and showed us photos of how dirty they were. He gave us an estimate and set a date to have the work completed. We received reminder calls the day prior and day of. He was very thorough and completed the work in several hours. He was very courteous and kept us informed of his progress while minimizing the disruption to our daily routine. He also sent us before and after photos of the ducts.

Great job. Our air ducts were filthy in our new house and I suspect had never been cleaned in at least the last 10 years. Also love the fact that they provide before and after photos.
